How long until my site is ready?
The AI builds your site in minutes. After that you can edit text and images in the visual editor with no limit, and use your AI allowances for bigger changes when you need them.
Is the domain included?
Yes. Every plan includes registering a domain (for example yourbusiness.com) for the length of your plan, plus hosting and an SSL certificate.
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. When you create your site you can connect your own domain; we give you the exact DNS records to set and we enable HTTPS when it connects.
How do I edit my site after publishing?
From My sites open the editor. You can change text and images with clicks with no limit, ask the AI for full-page changes (up to 20 per site), manage versions and publish when you want.
How much AI does my plan include?
Your plan includes up to 36 designs in total (you get 12 free proposals and, once your plan is active, you can generate up to 36), 5 page regenerations, 20 full-page AI edits and 10 AI images. Changing text and images in the visual editor doesn't use those allowances.
Can I have email with my domain?
Yes, if we registered and included the domain in your plan: in Email you create aliases like hello@yourdomain.com and they forward to your personal inbox (Gmail, Outlook, etc.) at no extra cost. If you connect a domain you already owned (BYOD), that forwarding isn't set up in the product: configure it at your domain provider or in Cloudflare if you manage DNS there.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card payments processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars (USD); applicable taxes depend on your location.
What happens when my plan ends?
We email you before renewal so you can renew. If you don't, your site and domain stop being active at the end of the period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, on 1-, 2- or 3-year plans, within the first 7 days after payment: we refund what you paid minus $79 USD (standard domain, hosting and AI use). If you chose a premium domain, that cost is also deducted because the domain is annual and can't be cancelled. The monthly plan isn't refundable (3-month minimum). After 7 days you can cancel renewal and your site stays active until the end of the period.
Can I cancel renewal?
Yes, from Subscriptions you can cancel automatic renewal anytime; your site stays active until the end of the paid period.
Refund policy
On annual plans, within the first 7 days we refund what you paid minus $79 USD (standard domain, hosting and AI). A premium domain, if you chose one, is also deducted because it's annual and can't be cancelled. The monthly plan isn't refundable (3-month minimum).
